I was supposed to be buying a car so insured it with tesco, got there and the garage changed the terms so called Tesco to cancel the policy and they've taken £50 of my money off me, for not being conned into buying a car?
Kicker is that they expect me to wait 10 working days for my own money, and then take £50 off me
Intolerant staff, rude, uninterested in customers - was going to insure my other car with them but I'd rather not drive.
