Not a very helpful bank. My credit score was okay but they would only give me a loan at a ridiculous rate.
You would think that they would help you considering you are their customer.
Customer service is bad - end up waiting on hold for ages and you never really get anywhere.

Amigo are very quick and professional. They answer the phone very quickly and have UK call centres from what I can tell. Very useful and friendly staff willing to help you.
Had a loan previously with amigo and I’ve just gone back to them becuase quite simply I trust them and they’re great at what they do.
100% choose amigo for customer satisfaction right to the very end of your agreement.
