Our house wall collapsed following a severe storm and Zurich have refused to pay the 42k rebuild costs leaving us in a freezing cold unsafe house for months.
The claim started in a November 2022 and the appeal result today was still no we are not going to help us.
Do not waste your money insuring with this terrible company they are not there when you need them.
