I have been with Nationwide for almost 20 years. Their customer service is second to none and I get good rates of interest. Their mobile banking app is also very useful and I use it to carry out most of my transactions.

We have used Esure several times in the past for home and car insurance. They often come up as one of the cheapest on comparison websites and we have found their customer service to be very friendly and helpful. The documents are always clearly worded and they keep us informed as to when our policy is due for renewal.

I was after a good loan deal and the Nationwide one was the best product I could find in terms of length and interest rate. We have recently renewed our home insurance with Esure and the process was simple. We used a comparison website and Esure was the best deal. The sign up process was easy and we received our documentation promptly by email, followed by the paper documents through the post. The rate was good and the cover is adequate.

We have recently renewed our mortgage deal with Barclays and we particularly chose to stay with this product as it offers us the ability to make overpayments. We had to pay a fee but we were rewarded with a lower interest rate, so it should all balance out in the end.
