If i could leave 0 stars I would. My car was involved in a minor collision at the beginning of December 2022. Reported everything online as should have been. I was told that the garage Wedd and White were allocated to fix the car. Fast forward to end of December and I hadn't heard anything. I called swift numerous times who provided no help whatsoever, not to mention each time I was on hold for upwards of an hour sometimes 2. I eventually got somewhere when I put an official complaint in. My car was collected at the end of Feb 2023 for repairs and now I have heard nothing, it should have been 2 days its been 2 weeks. Clearly swift out source the repairs to shocking garages and leave their customers to do all the chasing. Avoid this company at all costs, they haven't even got back to me about my complaint, will be taking this up with the ombudsman. This was such a stressful experience for something so minor
