our card was declined everywhere in Las Vegas - and I had to call from the US 3 times - costing me over £70.00 in mobile phone charges + we had to revert to using the cards that this was supposed to replace, again costing us money! - I was told eventually I would receive a call back within 24hours - 3 weeks later I am still waiting! and no response to emails. DREADFUL DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!!!!!!
