I have had a very positive experience with Chase. The app works so well that I have rarely had cause to use the customer service help, but on the few occasions that I call up, I get polite knowledgeable staff assisting me to resolve any problems. I love using the 1% cashback on everyday spending, and the Round-up benefit too. Reviewed on: 19th February 2024

Recommending Chase Bank

I have the Chase app-based current account. I was initially drawn by the offer of 1% cash back on my day-to-day spending for the first year of holding the account. Now I have experienced the easy-to-use app, linked Round-up and Savings accounts, and helpful customer service staff. I also love the secure nature of the debit card - no account details are shown on the physical card. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Recommending Metro Bank

I appreciate the availability and accessibility of the bank in our town centre. I first made contact with them through a cub scout visit where we had the opportunity to go behind the scenes; I felt then that the staff had a positive attitude to the community they are based within. When I visit the bank with my child, I feel that the staff want us to be there, are knowledgeable about the products and happy to answer questions. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023
