Ball joint popped out confirmed by AA patrol some 5 hours later only to have it referred to Jackson’s local recovery who was lazy and claimed it was involved in a rtc despite absolutely No damage not even a scratch on vehicle. None the less I have the full cover having a disabled elderly individual with me at all times. Luckily I’m local and my elderly disabled mother was able to get home in a taxi. Some 19 hours later I’m stranded for a service I paid over £400 for to cover me for everything! Been a member for years and it’ll only be trouble free should you never break down! Won’t be renewing in June!
