DO not use this company if you have any sense. When it comes to withdrawing on a pension account they put one excuse after another to hold up the payment. Their own web site states 3 days for processing and upto 5 days for payment - and my case 22 days and counting. This includes the fact they lost a personal document in the form of my debit account bank statement. How dangerous is this?
In this day and age how is this allowed to happen?
