I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THAT THEY OFFER GOOD VALUE AND GOOD EXPLANATIONS OF COVER AND OPTIONS (THERE ARE MANY). DESPITE OFTEN SHOPPING AROUND FOR TRAVEL INSURANCE I NEARLY ALWAYS COME BACK TO THIS COMPANY
