After moving to high risk car insurance area in Birmingham, Octagon were the cheapest I could find for my car insurance however I was apprehensive as I had never heard of them before and found a few horror stories from other customers when looking at reviews of them on the Internet however as they were the cheapest and I could not afford any more, I went with them. The only bad thing I can really say about them as fortunately I did not have to have much dealings with them was the customer service. Each time you speak to them over the phone, you just get the feeling that you are an inconvenience them and I just did not feel like a valued customer.

Thankfully as yet, I have not had to much contact with Octagon. I chose the company for my car insurance as for a short period of time, I moved to a high-risk car insurance area and so Octagon were the cheapest quote over the bigger names in the business. I have had to contact Octagon a couple of times and fond that the telephone number is a premium rate number so cost me fortune and the customer service is awful. When I spoke to a member of the team, each time, I got the impression they were having a bad day and really did not want to talk to me. Thanks Octagon. Only a month to go and I am rid of them.
