When I was havinga few difficulties,, the customer care team were very helpful and understanding. Was very pleasantly surprised. Very easy to talk to and put an anxious customer at ease.

Interest rate isn't good on small savings. I tend to keep this just for keeping repair money, etc in, as it is easy access and one doesn't earn much with it.
