I had an home emergency cover with home insurance with morethan, called for help with water leaking from my cylinder of system boiler. They subcontract their work to somebody where there is a process of estimate ,approval etc is involved. Water is still leaking and it’s almost 4 weeks
Never going to take insurance from them again
