I got a credit card from M&S 3 months ago and since last week i tried to do a balance transfer and the customer service doesnt say if it is approved or not. i contacted the online chat and they said it was declined for a reason but noone contacted me. Again on Monday i tried and did the correct method and still nothing. i will cancel the credit card as there is no use to have a card that you cant use. M&S did a bad job with this, they should go back to selling clothes and exepnsive sandwishes :S
