Poor is being generous

Trying to pay. Call centre staff do not know process. Say they will allocate payments to different balances but don’t, which could have screwed up my credit score. Automated payment line does not recognise English and sends you back to call centre who can’t take a payment. Useless Card number not recognised after 4 attempts.
