ALL SYSTEMS DOWN - CAN'T ACCESS ANYTHING!

I am self-employed and have made the mistake of putting all my eggs in one basket; i.e. all business and domestic accounts are with TSB. They started a 'systems upgrade' Friday night, which has knocked out all internet banking. It is now Tuesday and still all in a mess. Can't see if DDs are being paid; can't make payments; can't do anything really and I haven't got an alternative account with another bank (schoolboy error). Can't get through to TSB: recorded message says "sorry our upgrade is taking A LITTLE LONGER than expected" and goes to engaged tone. A little longer?! All should have been back last Sunday!
