Terrible service...trying to wriggle out of a claim. Want to use their own contractors but they have not visited and seen the damage...only the assessor who is not qualified and also very keen to not answer emails. Basically go elsewhere...do not use them. Still no repairs to the damage after nearly 5 weeks. Unacceptable. I would rather give a 0 rating...poor everything...
