Just lost £300

Had the app for almost a year, all that's happened is I'm now £300 down. Please DON'T USE THIS APP. I'm really gutted, but because I'm constantly in the red, I've got to get rid of this app. Really upsetting to have lost so much money, but you've got to learn from your mistakes... 6 months later, I'm now £266 poorer with Wealthify

I've had a Wealthify ISA for the past 6 months now and literally from the moment I created the account I've been at a loss. I'm now £266 in the red, and am just hoping it goes back to neutral soon so I can take it out and close my account. I regret ever opening an account with them, and can't wait to be shot of them. Also, when I emailed to express my worry I was just sent a generic response which indicated their lack of personal interest in their customer's accounts. Like I said, just shop around before being sucked into the adverts they're pushing out everywhere. I just hope I don't lose all my money before I have the chance to take it all out and break even after wasting 6 months which I could've used to invest elsewhere. Reviewed on: 12th December 2018

Amazing customer service helped me find the perfect ISA. I've now bought a property with their help, and along the way was able to enjoy complimentary coffee and amazing hospitality in their virgin money lounges throughout the UK. Amazing company; thank you so much! Reviewed on: 11th February 2018

Safe but pointless

I've taken a cash ISA with barclays. I opted for the safe option, and basically that means it's a safe option but it's basically pointless and it's such immensely low interest. Reviewed on: 10th June 2017
