Steer Clear

Absolutely terrible. They promise to have the account set up within two weeks. Six weeks later I have an account that I can't access and my card doesn't work. Two different pins have been sent and neither have been able to be unlocked from a Lloyds ATM. My business is being propped up by my personal money and there is no help from LLoyds customer service. I have banked with Lloyds for twenty five years, mortgage, personal account, loans have all been closed or paid off and I'm moving elsewhere. Reviewed on: 8th June 2018
