More Than hook you by initial low premiums but then double them at each renewal. Mine sit at £70 for 2 cats age 5 which is £840 a year. It was £9 when I started. Their customer service can’t explain these hikes either, they blame the underwriter who you can’t contact. Very poor. As other reviewers have said this industry needs more closely regulated. Stay clear of More Than.
