Terrible customer service

I have been trying to add top up miles to my black box policy with Insurethebox I've tried to do it online 3 times and have been on the phone for 50 minutes without being spoken to by an operator as well as emailing them which they promised to reply to within 2 days and now it has been 5. The customer service at this company is appaulling .If as a young driver, I had a choice with insuring my car I would never insure it again with Insurethebox. Reviewed on: 30th August 2016
