I have been with the Hallifax purchase credit card for several years now and they have always been very easy to deal with. Their customer service is always very helpful whenever I have the need to contact them and they are receptive and try to ensure that all of your needs are taken care before you get off the phone with them. It's unusual in these days and times to get good customer service so I stay with them because they have it.
