Awful, Just Awful

Took out insurance with Endsleigh when I got a new phone. No problems and never had to claim. After 13 months I changed phone - and tried to cancel the insurance as insurance was now included in my bank account. They said I couldn't cancel as I was locked into another 12 months policy - so had to pay 11 x monthly amount. Takes the biscuit. Reviewed on: 1st September 2016
