Made a claim under the Travel Insurance which is handled by UK Insurance as we had to cancel holiday a few days before departure due to health problems.
Once we had supplied the requested documentation e.g.. claim form and Dr's letter, the cheque for the full cancellation of the holiday was issued within a week. No if ands or buts, the claim was dealt with very efficiently and in a caring manner. Both of us had existing medical conditions some included some excluded. Worth the monthly fee for the travel insurance alone. Well done Nationwide and UK Insurance.
