Average bank account, in branch service good.

There nothing to shout about for this bank account. It does what it says on the tin - no special extras but it does the job for us. The in-branch staff are always helpful and a few times we've had fraudulent activity on our cards but this has been sorted very swiftly which is reassuring. The rates aren't particularly great but sometimes it can be more hassle switching. Overall, an OK bank account but not if you want lots of extra benefits. Reviewed on: 27th July 2017

Brilliant customer service, great rates.

We had trouble finding a mortgage as we had quite a bad credit rating but our broker managed to get a deal that was great for us as first timers. It was fixed for 2 years allowing us time to settle down to being homeowners and then we have the option of going elsewhere or negotiating a better rate. We have had no issues so far, an annual statement and they have been able to provide any information we've needed within a few days. A great option for those who can't get a mortgage 'on the high street'. Reviewed on: 27th July 2017

Easy to apply, great cover!

I applied for our life insurance as it was a requirement of taking out our mortgage. I'd been putting it off for a while as I thought it would be complicated. The process was actually really simple, requiring minimal information but providing a very competitive quote. There was a mistake made in the first application but it was quickly rectified and we were covered very quickly afterwards. We haven't had any further dealings with them as we haven't had to change anything, but up to now I'm very satisfied with the help and advice available. Reviewed on: 27th July 2017

No major issues, good customer service
