Absolutely dire!

Have had a terrible service from this Company.Hours to wait when you call them.,then you get to speak to a person who is unhelpful,verging on downright rude. Emails are answered with a standard,we will respond in 3days,,then you hear nothing and start the whole phone process again.! I would have been quicker using the NHS !!My employer spends a lot of money insuring me,,what a waste of money. Reviewed on: 16th May 2023
