I use an instant access savings account with Natwest and I have found the service to be very practical and exactly as it appears - security for your savings complete with instant access via branch, phone, online, or app (none of which I have ever had any problems with). I have also never had any issues with accessing the account or the amount of interest paid. Overall a good, reliable service - exactly what it says on the tin.
