Could they make it more difficult to open a new account

On a smart phone the website was also hard to get through. Having to read docs then close them to get a tick. Loosing all my application to have to restart numerous times. Then it’s choice of password questions didn’t like my answer as they were too short. Why ask, best friend, nickname or football team if the answers are to short to have to make them longer. Stupid. Then to compound it all it wants photocopies of ID and bank statements printed and posted. Only bank to have asked this, so as my printer is playing up they just lost a new customer as it’s to much hassle.
