They have no idea about record keeping. There were several sessions of chasing them around and speaking to lots of people but the one which convinced me not to use them again was them demanding proof of my no claims bonus - guess who I insured with last time? Yes with them. It still took three phone calls to sort out!

Phone answered first time, agent knew what she was talking about. I managed to misunderstand something and was not charged for amending it.
