After being charged incorrectly on several occasions, I had difficulties in getting the problems resolved with the customer services team, despite the matter being relatively straightforward. the Hargreaves Lansdown website is extremely accessible and easy to use, including a convenient app which can be used on the go. The website is clear to navigate but the fees charged are quite high in comparison to other sites and Stock ISA. I would recommend Hargreaves Lansdown. Reviewed on: 12th July 2017
