Difficulties with simple requests and incorrect charges applied

After being charged incorrectly on several occasions, I had difficulties in getting the problems resolved with the customer services team, despite the matter being relatively straightforward. Great Access, easy to use and but fees (including account closer fee) quite high

the Hargreaves Lansdown website is extremely accessible and easy to use, including a convenient app which can be used on the go. The website is clear to navigate but the fees charged are quite high in comparison to other sites and Stock ISA. I would recommend Hargreaves Lansdown. Reviewed on: 12th July 2017
