Difficulties with simple requests and incorrect charges applied

After being charged incorrectly on several occasions, I had difficulties in getting the problems resolved with the customer services team, despite the matter being relatively straightforward. I closed the account in the end as I was concerned with further charges being applied.

Great Access, easy to use and but fees (including account closer fee) quite high

the Hargreaves Lansdown website is extremely accessible and easy to use, including a convenient app which can be used on the go. The website is clear to navigate but the fees charged are quite high in comparison to other sites and Stock ISA. I would recommend Hargreaves Lansdown.

When I contacted Aegon to transfer the value of my pension to a new provider they were professional and ensured the process was smooth and secure.
