I didn't even bother looking for new quotes for my car insurance this year, I decided to stay with Diamond because of their customer service. It's so easy to access your documents online, and if you do need to speak to a customer service officer on the phone, the wait time is minimal and they are very helpful.

Had a meeting with a personal adviser on the weekend - it was a meeting that i'd been putting off for some time but it was actually such a positive experience. I came out feeling like a weight had been lifted - the adviser was friendly, helpful and very reassuring.
