I recently had a finance issue which I spoke to Blue Motor Finance about. they were friendly at first and seemed really helpful towards my situation. I was advised to cancel my DD with them and miss a months payment and they would set up a repayment plan to pay the missed payment over the coming months which would massively help me out. the month after I received threatening letters of default and threats to repossess my car!! they were very abrupt and rude when I rang to try and sort the situation out and didn't want to listen and tried to demand the missing payment there and then. Again I was threatened with having my car taken off me even after I told them of what I was advised by one of his colleagues. I am now in the process of making a complaint to them and requesting the call recordings and transcripts! Happy enough to charge you fortune for the pleasure using them for finance but when it comes to customer service and TCF they are appalling! Reviewed on: 17th July 2018
