I've had a terrible experience with sainsbury credit card, numerous problems plus it takes nearly an hour each time to speak to someone. Then they cant do anything, sainsbury said they dont call people back not there policy . Terrible customer services. Hidden charges , difficult to check and pay balance. Within 3 months I closed my sainsbury credit card my choice and use tesco instead now . No problems. Reviewed on: 20th July 2018
