I've been buying landlords building insurance from Bedford Insurance for my portfolio for many years. Prices are competitive and customer service is good. The landlords home emergency cover is cheap but carries a £50 excess for every call out and the limit is set to £500 max including VAT so not very good value at all. If they could fix this part of the offer I wouldn't have to shop around.
