Vitality is an awful company to work for. No respect for it's staff whatsoever nor for family life. The only good thing about Vitality was colleagues. Management had attitude and no sympathy for emergencies nor sickness. High turnover. You would be sacked over anything as it was all about money. Staff were consistently stressed and pressured. Avoid at all costs. Poor communication and no respect. Work elsewhere where you are valued!
