Denied liability on first ever claim having been with them for years

We had an engine fire. Sainsbury's have denied liability. The policy terms don't justify this but they have not really engaged with my complaints about their errors. I am now going to the Financial Services Ombudsman. Awful hassle. Avoid. Reviewed on: 13th September 2016
