Home emergency cover is a joke. Reported on Saturday, sent someone out more than 24hrs later to look at boiler. Currently still without hot water (Wednesday) with no definite fix in sight. Following advice from engineer to deal with problem for intermittent period have badly scolded hands and feet from unfortunate shower incident, to then instantly have absolutely no hot water at all. Having to constantly chase for updates with no urgency from support staff, who demonstrate very little care or concern - apparently MoreThan are more than happy to leave a disabled individual without access to safe showering facilities, and could not care less about resolving in a timely fashion despite the fact that I am covered under my policy.
