Awfull not there when you need them

ive been asked by the company if my problems been resolved and to write another review, so here goes, many people have said on the site great company and prices, yes that's wat I thought, but how many of them have actually had to use there insurance , as that's a whole new ball game, as I said in my first review , there not there when you need them I complained on my holiday after finaly getting through to the emergency line after 4hours, then couldn't get treated, on my first day home I put in a formal complaint, were now 4 weeks later after chasing them every day to start then the last two weeks after them saying it would take 5 days im still trying to sort it out. all ive learnt is as told by Ben (we don't deal with there insurance companys) so if anything if this company was now hoping for a decent review there out of luck, if anything its even worse as they don't want to admit their at fault, so if you decide to use this company I just hope you don't really need them as your be on your own, Reviewed on: 14th August 2018

they will sell easily but when you need them they don't answer the emergency line , I couldn't get help for my son in his emergency, they didn't tell me about laws in Dominican republic and once home im told by them they don't deal with the countrys particular insurance companys, im still waiting after 4 weeks for them to get to me about my complaint its suppose to be especially for people with long time serious medical issues but clearly they are no good wat so ever, using this company is wasting your money, just causes upset and stress you end up having to help yourself, its lucky my sons case wasn't life or death or hed be dead due to there incompidence Reviewed on: 9th August 2018
