Tesco have been poor with the 2 separate claims for our pet Dog. They have taken an excess amount to process the 1st one. The second one was accepted but a continuation of treatment was rejected due to issues with the 1st claim. We have had to move heaven and high water to get the claims reviewed and we are still waiting for a response. Have cancelled my policy on renewal and will not be using Tesco Bank again.
