I initially approached the Vernon after reading an article in the business section of The Telegraph about Retirement Mortgages. The article mentioned the Vernon as a society that was worth contacting. The customer service we received was second to none and we were particularly impressed with the "family" ethos of the Society. We would thoroughly recommend the Vernon.
