Very helpful and happy call centre to deal with. Short waiting times, quick and accurate service getting my documents. Great call back service at busy times. Easy to make changes to my policy and always able to effectively answer my queries on products. Saved me money on the annual policy review with better coverage so I can't think of a reason to look elsewhere!
