Finally an insurance company that offers a product that includes features that are genuinely useful. Not only that but to include them without resorting to using added options for additional premium was a pleasant surprise.
Beyond the product itself, the phone was answered without having to wait in a queue whilst being told how important my call is. Once through, the call handler was knowledgeable, polite and easy to understand. If only most companies were this easy to contact.
Excellent overall to deal with.
