Worst insurance company I've ever used. Don't return phone calls or emails. The hire car that I had paid extra for took 5 days to arrive instead of 8 hours. They advised it was OK for me to drive my car after a lorry hit it even though the rear lights no longer existed. The advice was it should be OK to drive during the day but not at night. I pointed out it would not pass an MOT with no rear lights so it is not legal to drive.
