Rang up to join Elephant, gave all details over phone very clearly, rang a few months later to update address, they had somehow changed my lisence number in the process of supposedly changing address meaning I was technically uninsured for a long period of time. When I rang to add my partner to the policy I found out my address was never changed - when I rang they said they would see I had rang to change my address but it was never actioned properly. Not trustworthy at all.
