Bad app experience
Their process so time consuming and convoluted that it discourages you from using them, the NHS is actually quicker and more helpful
Poor customer service
Every single appointment you book must first be validated by a Vitality GB, I was told I didn't need acupuncture, but that's an alternative type of treatment that should be covered by my plan
All around, very unhappy with their service.
