You are informed over a month before your Bond matures and the various options are written out cleary. If you decide to remain and reinvest in their recommended deal you do not have to do take any action and the money is reinvested and the certificate is posted to you a month later. If there is any queries and staff are very helpful and obliging either whether you are face to face or on the phone. I find it very helpful as I know the deal they offer is pretty good and I do not hae to take any action. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

When my central heating broke down, I made a mistake and called out a plumber from yellow pages and cost me a bomb. The boiler failed again and I rang ENSURE insurance and they told me I should have called them as I had emergency cover. They arranged an engineer who came quite late at night and sorted the heating out. I had follow up calls from the Engineer's & insurance company to make sure my central heating was working. The engineer checked all my radiators. Thogh he was only a young guy he had a lot of experience. Reviewed on: 1st October 2017

Whether on line or in store the staff are always very helpful and will always try their best to resolve any quries or issues. Over 30 years of experiences with them so far I have only encounted two not very helpful and pleasant staff. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Suffering with a long term disabilty I buy a lot of clothing on line from M&S. They are alwys helpful if I had trouble ordering or returning the goods. The staff are polite and will always do their best to help you. Reviewed on: 1st February 2017
