Rang as soon as suspicious activity was on my card

I had been purchasing games and other various things onlline and not even 30 seconds after i ordered the games hsbc rang to confirm that it was me using my card. I found this very helpful in case there was suspicious activity on my card, i would be content knowing they would ring to make sure straight away

This is a very good bank, been with them since i started my paper round at the age of 14. They have kept my money secure as well as checking with my before cancelling my card as my details were stolen. However, once i upgraded to a student account i could not extend my overdraft of £750
