Worst app I've ever come across. A few weeks ago the app update wiped out all my login credentials, meaning I had to call for invitation code and reset all my biometric credentials - now, just 3 weeks later, the app is totally unresponsive following the latest iOS update meaning I had to again call the call centre, get a code, delete the app, re-enter (again) my credentials - the comment about "maybe it's difficult for the intellectually stunted" is ridiculous - this morning's experience merely showed me an error screen with no menu or login options at all. Total, utter shambles from a start-up that boasted about not being trapped by legacy systems like the dinosaur banks...
