Easy to deal with and very accommodating after my husband reversed into a tree due to the helper not understanding the principle . I was very ill so we didn’t get it fixed for quite sometime . There was no issue they paid direct to repairer and we just paid the excess. If only all insurers were this efficient and helpful .

Damaged the caravan reversing into a tree. Once I submitted the paperwork took 7 to ten days for a positive response . The work has been approved and a caravan repairer sorted.
Also only had joy dealing with any of the caravan club sites. So friendly and helpful . Sites are high quality , with great facilities. Makes caravaning the fun it should be

We are fairly new to caravaning, but whenever I have need to contact the club for bookings, insurance or any other info they have always been extremely helpful, patient and courteous.
We had to insure two caravans recently , while selling one on. Staff were so helpful working out the most cost effective way of doing it. And the cost was so reasonable . All the club sites we have stayed at spotlessly clean and well cared for. Really friendly and helpful staff. Brighton being a favourite . Each time we go we stay longer.
