First Class Service - Other Banks Please Take Note!

I opened my A/C with Marcus 2-3 years ago and can honestly say I can't fault them. In these days where everything you touch becomes a problem due to staff incompetence, it makes a very pleasant change to find at last, an organisation where you don't have to spend hours on the phone wasting your time with idiots who either can't understand what you're saying or don't know how to do their job. At Last - a company who operate professionally.

I am convinced there is no worse bank on this planet! They switched-off my paper statements, meaning I had to ring them to know how much and when to pay them. They assured me on many occasions that I would not be penalised for what was "their" error. Despite their assurances, I was and still am being penalised for their incompetence!!! Late Payment charges have been applied that I have not paid. They refuse to address the problems, even though I have written to both their previous and their current CEO's, but have notified Credit Reference agencies that "I am a bad payer". I have reported them to Rip Off Britain and Watchdog and am actively considering suing them for professional negligence! Reviewed on: 24th January 2019
